The “Hauslösungen UG” project organises object-related infrastructure solutions for the building industry in commercial and residential construction. In addition to the implementation of future-proof IT, telecommunications, and security solutions, the aim is to come as close as possible to a largely self-sufficient supply of energy and heat. HL only uses tested and certified alternative technologies in their projects. In addition, it organises energy and heat supply services and the refurbishment of rental properties for the commercial building industry in cooperation with certified tradesmen.

Purpose of the company: consulting, conception, mediation, construction via third parties, financing, operation and maintenance of facilities for the purpose of establishing the best possible self-sufficiency for tenants and landlords for the supply of energy, heat, telecommunications, internet, building services and security concepts.
