Project management in an outsourcing project for an international telecommunications group with a project volume of $300 million in four years.
In this project, we took on the task of organising the outsourcing of IT and telecommunications areas including the infrastructure.

The client was one of the world’s largest insurance groups in 7 European countries, with more than 35,000 users in over 700 locations. Here we have succeeded in reducing the total costs of IT/telecommunications operations by 16%.
