Sofis AGLudger Rankers, CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD
Ludger Rankers completed his law studies in 1998 with the title Maître en droit. This was followed in 2004 by his licensing as a lawyer, in 2007 by a successful tax consultant exam, and in 2009 with the title of MBA International Taxation. Ludger Rankers gained experience in German and international tax law with medium-sized and Big4 companies in Germany, France and Luxembourg. Since 2013 he has been a partner of LOEBA Treuhand GmbH in Lörrach, an auditing and tax advisory company. Succession planning and M&A are among his focal points.
His knowledge of corporate law, M&A, tax law and accounting is particularly valuable to the Supervisory Board.
