Sofis AG is still young, but can certainly look back on some significant milestones in its development.
Sofis AG is founded with headquarters in Munich. Since then, the company has been part of the “Customer Company” business platform of the main shareholder. In an independent branch in Saarbrücken, it has been developing, selling, installing and supporting POS and merchandise management systems for the hotel and restaurant industry ever since. The consulting business, which is expanding in parallel, is organised by the main shareholder in further organisational units of the corporate platform.
The main shareholder takes over all company shares.
Sofis AG acquires companies from the consulting sector for the private and public sectors. Sofis AG is consequently realigned to face the future with internationally sought-after premium services in the area of business management and business process consulting know-how. The headquarters are also moved to Saarbrücken.
The addition of a further shareholder complements the range of services offered with globally valued expertise and project knowledge in the area of process-oriented efficiency enhancement using SAP applications.
